Clear whey protein is a whey isolate rather than the concentrated form of whey you usually get with heavier, milkier forms of whey protein shakes. Whey isolate is lower in fat and calories, while having a higher protein content. 

Add 25g (one scoop) of our Peach Ice Tea Clear Whey Protein to 300ml of water and shake well. Let sit for a minute before consuming. Enjoy before or after a training session. 

For our Orange & Mango Clear Whey Protein, Simply add 25g (one scoop) to 500ml of water and shake well. Let sit for a minute before consuming. Enjoy before or after a training session.
